Carabello Coffee Co - Addicting Liquid 12oz
One of our most popular coffees, Addicting Liquid is a dark, bold and sweet up with a big body. If you like dark roasted coffees you will find yourself a friend here. It is roasted to a Vienna roast level, which helps to maintain the distinct qualities of the coffees while also giving you some of that bite that you want in a darker roast.
The three coffees in this blend are all fully traceable. The base is from La Paz, Honduras. Blended with that is a coffee from our friend Luis Alberto Balladarez in Nicaragua and a coffee from our friends at Abana Estate in Western Ethiopia, all of which are very high grown washed coffees that will hold up well in the high heat.
In the Cup: You can expect a coffee that is Dark Chocolatey, Nutty, Full-Bodied and laced with Vanilla notes. This coffee drinks well black as well as with cream.

Decaf lovers deserve to drink great coffee, and this organic Mexican coffee delivers. This is no second-rate decaf. It is full-bodies, smooth and perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up or when pairing with dessert. Just great tasting, rich, full-bodied coffee with no caffeine.
This all natural, Mountain Water Processed coffee is from the Jaltenango region of Southern Mexico. It is fully-traceable and grown by many small scale farmers who combine their coffee to create this lot.
In the Cup: We taste a coffee that is round and silky with notes of Vanilla, Cocoa, Nougat and Caramel.

Carabello Coffee Co - Tres Fincas 12oz
When we decided it was time to create a blend that epitomizes our brand, we knew we had to start with coffee from our friend Luis Balladarez in Nicaragua. We then added two more relationship coffees: one from La Paz, Honduras, and the other from our friends at Abana Estate in Western Ethiopia.
The end result is a blend of three fully traceable coffees, which captures our approach to sourcing and produces a lovely coffee that we can enjoy all year long.
In the Cup
Tres Fincas is a very balanced coffee. In the cup this medium bodied coffee is beautifully crisp and bright, making it a great for morning and breakfast. Expect a smooth body with nice caramel and citrus sweetness. Very approachable. More complex sweetness emerges as the cup cools.

Pipers Coffee & Tea - Pipers Mexico Decaf Esmerelda
The Decaf Mexico Esmeralda EA Natural Process is decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate (EA). In this extensive method the green beans are steamed or soaked to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The expanded beans are then soaked in EA, a naturally occurring organic compound found in many fruits and vegetables which can be synthesized for coffee decaffeination. After such a process has taken place, the beans are roasted in such a way that accentuates their cherry and chocolate like sweetness for an enjoyable cup of decaffeinated coffee.
